14) Lendas do Xadrez tournament

The Lendas do Xadrez (Legends of Chess) tournament took place February 29th - March 9th 2008 and was organised by the chess club ALEX (Associación Leopoldinense de Xadrez), in the city of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), their first international round robin tournament. Diego Di Berardino won with 8/9 two points clear of the field. The gap would have been only one point but Teixeira-Mascarenhas (6) was awarded as a win to black on appeal in a losing position, there is no explanation on the website as far as I can see but they give a table with the arbiters decision ignored as well as with the appeal result. I give just the one with the appeal decision.
